FOUNDING DIRECTOR & TEACHER - Rev. Linleigh J. & LaVerne Roberts

Lin is an Australian who came to know Jesus Christ as Savior at 9 years of age and responded to God's call to the ministry at 17.

He graduated from Otira College, Moody Bible Institute, Columbia Bible College, and Covenant Theological Seminary. He has taught at Columbia Bible College and at Evangelical College of Biblical Studies in Australia. He has had pastoral experience, served on mission boards and ministered at Bible conferences.

Lin studied at L'Abri in Switzerland, is a successful author, and has had a fruitful ministry in several different countries - in churches representing most evangelical denominations.

Lin is an outstanding Bible teacher with a deep burden for revival in the church. His desire is to help call the church back to its Biblical foundations.  He and LaVerne now make their home in Colorado where he continues his studies and writing.

ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR - William Lockard

Based in the Pacific Northwest William [Bill] Lockard conducts the communication with BFI supporters throughout the world and is the contact for ministry opportunities. 

SECRETARY - Jennifer Q. Myers

Jennifer conducts the day to day business of BFI from our office in Hillcrest Presbyterian Church in West Seattle.

AUSTRALIAN DIRECTOR - Rev. Brian & Christine Harper

The Rev. Brian D. Harper is the Pastor of the Noble Park Evangelical Baptist Church in Melbourne, Australia. Following two years of study at the Melbourne Bible Institute Brian returned to his native Belfast, N. Ireland, to undertake further theological studies at the Irish Baptist College. Since that time Brian has been in the Christian ministry for over 30 years serving in both the pastorate and as an executive with two mission agencies. In these positions he has had opportunity to minister the Word of God in many countries of the world.

As the Australian Director of B.F.I. Brian's main concern is to develop a theological and church planting program in the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia.  Brian teaches several times each year at the Kompongsom Bible School in Cambodia. 

BRAZILIAN REPRESENTATIVE - Rodrigo & Ana de Sousa

Rodrigo, a native of Brazil, is a graduate of Covenant Theological Seminary; St. Louis, Missouri and has completed his doctoral studies at Cambridge University, United Kingdom.  He has been ordained by the Presbyterian Church of Brazil and currently resides in Goiania, Brazil with Ana and their son, Gabriel.  Rodrigo and Ana are working with Colloquium, a ministry which offers theological education and research opportunities for church leaders and Christians serving in differenct vocations.  Rodrigo additionally teaches at a seminary in Brazil and has represented B.F.I. in Malawi during a semester of teaching at the African Bible College.  He has lectured at the Sorbonne in France, in the Ukraine and through his contacts with international theologians and seminary students he has opportunities to minister in many countries.
